Taromaya Policies

Taromaya (www.taromaya.com) is an online platform based in Mumbai, India. We offer astrology, tarot, numerology and spiritual consultations by chat and voice call, AI readings, healing audio, online classes on occult subjects, and an online shop.

You must be 18 years or older to use Taromaya. All services are for guidance and learning only. They do not guarantee any result and do not replace medical, legal or financial advice.

Services are paid from a prepaid wallet. Consultations are charged per minute, and AI readings and healing are charged per use. Prices are shown before you use a service and may change.

Indian payments include 18% GST. Customers outside India may pay with international cards.

We collect your name, email, mobile number, country, the birth details you enter for readings, and your wallet and payment records.

We use these only to give you our services, process payments, provide support, and meet legal requirements. Calls and chats may be recorded and kept securely for safety and legal reasons.

We never sell your data. Experts never see your phone number or email. Card and UPI payments are handled securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We never store your card details.

Facebook and Instagram ads: to measure our ads, we use the Meta Pixel. When you visit our pages or add money to your wallet, Meta (Facebook) receives the page you visited, the amount paid, your browser type, your IP address and Meta's own cookie IDs. We use this only to count ad results and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. We do not share your name, email, phone number or readings with Meta. We do not use this for visitors in Europe, the UK or Switzerland. To stop it, turn on tracking protection or block third-party cookies in your browser. You can also control the ads you see in your Facebook ad settings.

All payments are final. There are no refunds.

Validity: ₹500 recharge = 15 days, ₹1,000 = 30 days, ₹3,000 = 2 months, ₹5,000 = 3 months, ₹10,000 = 3 months (outside India, the double amounts have the same validity). Money not used before the validity ends expires and is removed from the wallet. It is not returned.

Money added to the wallet cannot be refunded or withdrawn. It can only be used for Taromaya services: experts, AI readings, healing and classes. Please recharge only the amount you plan to use.

Class fees and shop orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once paid. If money is deducted but does not reach your wallet because of a technical error, email us and we will add it to your wallet within 5–7 working days.

Consultations, AI readings, healing and wallet recharges are online services. Your wallet is updated right after payment, and services start instantly on the website. Nothing is shipped.

Online class details are sent by email or WhatsApp after you enrol. Shop items, when available, are made to order and delivered as stated on the product page.
