By accessing and booking services with Taromaya, you agree to abide by the following terms:
1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Taromaya. This Customer Terms of Service & Online User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of Taromaya's website, mobile applications, products, digital content, online store, consultations, courses, AI services, and all other services provided by Taromaya. By registering an account, clicking "I Accept", booking a consultation, purchasing any product or service, or otherwise using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. Your electronic acceptance shall have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not register or use the Services.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By registering on this platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- All information provided by you during registration is true, complete, and accurate.
- You shall promptly update your information if any details change.
- Taromaya may request identity verification whenever reasonably required.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.
3. CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
During registration you may be required to provide:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Age
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Residential Address
- Country and State
- Any additional information reasonably required for verification.
Registration date, time, payment records, system logs, IP address, device information, and electronic acceptance may be recorded for operational, security, and legal purposes.
4. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Taromaya provides advisory and educational services including, but not limited to:
- Astrology
- Tarot Reading
- Numerology
- Oracle Guidance
- Spiritual Guidance
- Energy Reading
- Healing Services
- Teaching and Educational Programs
- AI-Assisted Guidance
- Personal Development Services
- Digital Reports
- Courses and Workshops
- Consultation Services
- Products available through the Taromaya Store
- Any additional advisory, educational, or life-improvement services introduced in the future.
Taromaya reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
5. NATURE OF SERVICES
All services provided by Taromaya are advisory, educational, interpretative, intuitive, and probability-based.
The purpose of these services is to provide guidance, awareness, self-reflection, education, and personal development.
The Client acknowledges that the Services:
- are not scientific guarantees;
- are not certain predictions of future events;
- are not promises of specific outcomes;
- are not intended to replace qualified medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other licensed professional advice.
Clients remain solely responsible for all personal decisions and actions.
6. AI-ASSISTED SERVICES
Taromaya may use Artificial Intelligence ("AI") to assist in generating guidance, educational content, reports, summaries, analyses, or responses.
The Client acknowledges that:
- AI is used as a supporting technology.
- AI-generated content is based on available information, analytical models, and probability.
- AI does not provide guaranteed, infallible, or definitive answers.
- AI-generated responses should be considered advisory and informational only.
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated responses shall not constitute grounds for refund or legal claim.
7. HEALING, TEACHING & SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE
Healing sessions, coaching, mentoring, teaching programs, workshops, educational material, and spiritual guidance are intended solely for learning, awareness, personal development, and self-improvement.
These services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, nor do they replace qualified healthcare, legal, financial, or mental health professionals.
8. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
The Client understands and agrees that:
No consultation, prediction, reading, AI guidance, healing session, teaching program, course, report, remedy, or recommendation guarantees any result.
Outcomes vary depending upon individual effort, personal decisions, circumstances, free will, and factors beyond the Company's control.
The Client expressly agrees not to expect:
- miracles;
- magical outcomes;
- supernatural intervention;
- guaranteed healing;
- guaranteed financial success;
- guaranteed relationship success;
- guaranteed employment;
- guaranteed business growth;
- guaranteed future events;
- guaranteed life transformation.
Any interpretation or guidance provided by Taromaya represents opinion, experience, analysis, symbolic interpretation, probability, and educational insight rather than certainty.
No dissatisfaction arising from unmet expectations shall create any liability upon Taromaya.
9. EXPERT PROFILES & PLATFORM PRIVACY
To protect privacy, safety, operational efficiency, and the security of Experts, Taromaya may display representative identities including:
- professional names;
- display names;
- stage names;
- avatars;
- AI-generated profile images;
- representative photographs;
- branded profile identities.
Such public-facing profiles may differ from an Expert's personal identity.
The Client understands that the quality of services depends upon the consultation provided and not upon the public identity or appearance displayed.
Clients agree not to attempt to identify, contact, locate, follow, solicit, communicate with, or establish relationships with Experts outside Taromaya's authorised communication channels.
No claim, refund request, complaint, or legal proceeding shall arise solely because a representative identity, avatar, AI-generated image, or display name is used on the platform.
10. PAYMENTS
All prices displayed on the platform are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be successfully received before the applicable service, consultation, report, digital product, course, or store order is processed, unless expressly agreed otherwise by Taromaya.
The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order or booking where payment cannot be verified or where fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected.
11. NO REFUND POLICY
All payments made to Taromaya are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
The Client acknowledges that payment is made voluntarily after understanding the advisory and probability-based nature of the services.
Refunds shall not be granted due to, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with any consultation or service.
- Difference of opinion.
- Predictions not matching personal expectations.
- Delay in expected outcomes.
- Change of mind.
- Emotional reaction to a consultation.
- AI-generated guidance.
- Healing or teaching expectations.
- Personal interpretation of guidance.
- Voluntary discontinuation of services.
- Failure to follow advice, remedies, or recommendations.
- Failure to attend scheduled appointments.
- Internet, technical, or device-related issues beyond the Company's reasonable control.
Once any consultation, digital report, AI-generated response, recording, teaching session, healing session, online course, downloadable content, or digital product has been delivered or access has been provided, the service shall be deemed completed.
12. VOLUNTARY DISCONTINUATION
The Client may discontinue using the Company's services at any time.
However, discontinuation shall not entitle the Client to any refund, reimbursement, compensation, chargeback, or cancellation of payment obligations.
13. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The Client acknowledges that all decisions made after receiving guidance are entirely voluntary.
The Client remains solely responsible for all personal, financial, legal, educational, professional, relationship, business, health, or lifestyle decisions.
Taromaya shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the Client's decisions or actions.
14. CLIENT CONDUCT
The Client agrees to interact respectfully with the Company, its Experts, Consultants, employees, representatives, and support staff.
The Client shall not:
- Use abusive or offensive language.
- Harass or threaten any representative.
- Defame the Company or its Experts.
- Attempt blackmail or coercion.
- Submit knowingly false complaints.
- Misuse Company systems.
- Interfere with platform operations.
- Impersonate another individual.
- Use services for unlawful purposes.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of services without refund.
Where appropriate, Taromaya reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings.
15. FRAUD, PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
The Client agrees not to initiate fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, false claims, or unauthorized transaction complaints after receiving services or access to digital content.
Where a fraudulent payment dispute is initiated, Taromaya reserves the right to:
- Suspend or permanently terminate the Client's account.
- Recover unpaid amounts.
- Recover administrative costs.
- Recover legal fees where permitted by law.
- Take appropriate legal action.
16. STORE PRODUCTS
Taromaya may offer physical products, digital products, educational materials, spiritual products, books, courses, tarot cards, oracle cards, accessories, software, downloadable materials, merchandise, and other products through its online store.
Products may be:
- Created by Taromaya;
- Supplied by third-party manufacturers;
- Distributed by authorised suppliers; or
- Sold by Taromaya as a reseller or marketplace provider.
Product descriptions, colours, images, and specifications are intended to be as accurate as reasonably possible; however, minor variations may occur.
Taromaya does not guarantee that every product will meet every individual expectation or personal preference.
17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Company names, branding, logos, website content, reports, written guidance, AI-generated content, educational material, methodologies, software, graphics, layouts, videos, digital downloads, courses, and products created by Taromaya remain the intellectual property of Taromaya.
Where products are supplied by third-party creators, manufacturers, publishers, or rights holders, the applicable intellectual property shall remain with the respective owner.
Purchasing any product or service does not transfer any copyright, trademark, design right, methodology, authorship, ownership, or other intellectual property rights to the Client.
The Client shall not copy, reproduce, record, modify, publish, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Company content or product without prior written permission from the respective rights holder.
18. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
Taromaya will take reasonable steps to protect Client information.
Information may be collected, stored, processed, and used for:
- Account management;
- Service delivery;
- Customer support;
- Legal compliance;
- Fraud prevention;
- Platform security;
- Internal administration.
Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law, governmental authority, court order, or to protect the legal rights, safety, or property of Taromaya or others.
19. COMMUNICATIONS
By registering, the Client agrees to receive communications from Taromaya relating to:
- Account notifications;
- Appointment confirmations;
- Service updates;
- Payment confirmations;
- Support responses;
- Security notifications;
- Promotional communications, unless the Client opts out where applicable.
The Client is responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Taromaya, its owners, directors, employees, consultants, experts, affiliates, partners, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage arising from or relating to the use of the platform, consultations, AI-generated guidance, products, digital content, courses, reports, healing sessions, teaching programs, or any other service offered by the Company.
The Company's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
21. FORCE MAJEURE
Taromaya shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, suspension, or failure in providing services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, riots, strikes, governmental actions, internet failures, cyber-attacks, power failures, payment gateway failures, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.
22. MODIFICATION OF SERVICES
Taromaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or introduce any service, feature, pricing, product, consultation, expert, platform functionality, or policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
23. TERMINATION
Taromaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Client account without prior notice where the Client:
- Violates this Agreement;
- Provides false information;
- Engages in fraud or illegal activity;
- Misuses the platform;
- Harasses or threatens Company representatives;
- Attempts unauthorized communication with Experts;
- Initiates fraudulent payment disputes;
- Damages the Company's reputation through false or malicious statements.
Termination shall not create any right to refund, compensation, or damages.
24. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the Client and Taromaya regarding the use of the platform, services, products, consultations, and digital content and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
26. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
27. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The parties shall first make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute amicably.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through mutual discussions, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with applicable law.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
Subject to applicable law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters relating to the enforcement of arbitration awards and any proceedings that cannot legally be resolved through arbitration.
28. DIGITAL ACCEPTANCE
By clicking "I Accept", registering an account, placing an order, booking a consultation, or making payment, the Client confirms that:
- The Client has carefully read and understood this Agreement.
- The Client voluntarily agrees to all Terms and Conditions.
- The Client accepts the No Refund Policy.
- The Client understands that all services are advisory, educational, interpretative, intuitive, and probability-based.
- The Client understands that no guaranteed, miraculous, magical, or supernatural outcomes are promised.
- The Client agrees to comply with all Company policies, platform rules, and applicable laws.
- The Client acknowledges that electronic acceptance shall have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, subject to applicable law.
The Client further agrees that registration records, IP logs, timestamps, payment confirmations, communication records, emails, chat history, support records, digital acceptance logs, invoices, system logs, and other electronic records maintained by Taromaya may be relied upon as evidence to the extent permitted by applicable law.
